Corporate Meditation
I teach meditation to groups in corporate settings.
The type of meditation I teach is not based on a particular school of thought or tradition. I have evolved my own practice of meditation centered on the divine feminine. This practice evolved out of my own transformative spiritual experiences, which later on inspired me to explore other spiritual traditions in which meditation forms a core practice.

Meditation
I have found in my breath
when it comes to rest
a light behind the eyes
that welcomes darkness.
I have found in my breath
the destroyer of sorrow;
I have found in my breath
a jewel without a name
harder than diamonds,
mightier than death.
I have found in my breath
my true home outside
of time, with an open door.
